Ben’s work is motivated by the impact of his customers’ innovations on the lives of patients. Ben admires the diverse range of skills within Project Management and the value that different perspectives can bring to a team. He also appreciates how Project Management involves working with a broad range of collaborators including scientific, financial, and logistical teams to drive projects forward and guide customers through therapeutic development.
When he’s not managing projects, Ben spends his time running, cycling, and playing and watching a range of sports. He is involved with junior coaching at his local cricket club, where he enjoys helping children to exceed their sporting goals.
