Pooled CRISPR Kinome Screening in Lung Cancer Cells

Genetic screens are powerful tools used to identify genes involved in diseases and identify new drug targets (1). Screens previously carried out using RNAi in a pool or as arrays, have now been superseded with clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9 technology (2).
